I had a pretty great stay at Best Western Premier Herald Square. The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore NYC, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Bebe at the front desk. On the downside, the water pressure in my shower dropped a bit when turned on fully, and the rooms were on the smaller side, which is common in the city. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming back!
